i'm saying nothing will happen, and i'm not a fanboy. they both will be head to head in montly sales and the ps3 will pull ahead 3 years from now when the ff fans buy the console. but will it matter that much to either company? no, will it matter to games, yes, more multi-platform games.
since my laptop is a console,play games and xbl no need a ps3/360 does not matter 2 me.

By the time it happens next gen will be here with new consoles or they will at least be announced. Anyone who thinks there will bea huge difference between the PS3 and 360 are deluding themselves. Everything points to a closely fought battle between the 2 for second place.The only clear winner is the Wii.
As a fairly early 360 adopter and as someone who doesn't even want a PS3.... I'd say its almost a certainty that the PS3 will overtake the 360.... it's just a matter of time..... simply because MS can't get their **** straight.
