XNA Announcement: X360 games full emulat ...

Redmond, Washington: Microsoft announces today at GDC, the Game Developers Conference, that they will be releasing the XNA 360 framework to PC gamers around the world. This framework effectively allows all games that fit into the XNA 360 paradigm to allow for full emulation, as they would natively on the 360 platform. XNA 360 is able to achieve this since many of the 360's APIs are currently found on the Vista operating system. For this very reason, those folks whom have purchased Vista Ultimate will be receiving this frame for free. Yes, you heard us right. Free. The catch? Purchasing Vista Ultimate is the only way to gain access to this service. The current display model used to demonstrate XNA 360 appeared to be a desktop running Intel's e6600 processor and a nVidia 8800GT. Surprisingly, the game being displayed was none other then Mass Effect - which was running at an astounding 60 frames per second, with no indication of visual hampering. ----- Sound's pretty sweet.XNA Announcement: X360 games full emulat ...
OH NOW I HAVE NO REASON FOR A 360 LOL, just buy a 360 controller and win?XNA Announcement: X360 games full emulat ...
all 360 games? or just XNA games....cause holy crap, if its every game, than Lemmings just lost every single exclusive they ever had.
So you can play any 360 game on your PC if you have Vista Ultimate?
So what does that mean exactly? :
lol why would ms do this? maybe they are dropping out of the console race, it really makes no sense
For more money? Ughh sony and nintendo don't really have anything on PCs so there is no competition. It's to promote vista as well..

It does them no harm since the majority of the public know nothing about hardware or it's prices and see the console has a cheaper platform.
link?
