This is not Format Wars nor a Hardware Forum.
If only the format war really had as much to do with the 360 as it did with the PS3, then MAYBE this would have made a bit of sense...

That was me, I hated on Blu-Ray saying that it was holding back sales of the PS3 and now Blu-Ray is holding the PS3s head above water and is THE major reason to own one since the game lineup has been so lackluster in comparason to the 360s.So yeah, I'm totally owned.I even broke down and bought Planet Earth on Blu-Ray for my gf on Valentines day so not only am I owned I'm a hypocrite too.Oh well, tech marches on and you either accept it or not play the games that will eventually come out.

Um almost everybody expected HDDVD to become the next beta max over the last year.

Seriousaly Cows Blu Rays victory effects the PS3 but not the 360. 360 is fine, but the PS3 will get a nice surge in sales because of this.

While 360 sells on games and its higher quality online sevice.

Which wont bother me cause thats what I Want.

And i will have all 3 consoles anyway.

That is an attach rate of 5.2...which is pretty much exactly what the 360 had during the same time period.Yet you seem to believe that PS3's games are so lackluster compared to 360. Seems to me like the numbers disagree.

I remeber that!! Many Xbox fans where beshing the PS3 particulary because of blu-ray and called blu-ray the next betamax. Anyway, Xbox 360 is not circleing the drain....it has great games and still have lot's of life in it.On the other hand most of the Lemmings on here trying to say that this is not format wars and it has nothing to do with the PS3 VS Xbox 360 are just damage controling.Imagine if blu-ray would have lost....all the Xbox fans would be up on this forum makeing hunderds of topics about how much the PS3 sucks because blu-ray failed even tought it's not Format Wars and it's not a Hardware Forum.So to me what it seams like because they got owned (all of you who got the HD-DVD add on and I know that you are reading this even though you won't admit that you did) they are just trying to damage control.So as I said...if it was the other way around you bet your @ss that there would be man topics on ''blu-ray got owned'' and ''blu-ray is teh suxorzzzz'' . So to all Xbox fans....just don't even say anything about this topic. We know that all of you supported HD-DVD and all the PS fans supported blu-ray. In that case fiddy cent bulletproof is awesome. :PI was looking at my games profile on xbox.com the other day and I have currently played 160 different titles on my 360 where on the PS3 that I have had for almost a year now the number is like 8 games, so yeah in my case the PS3 lineup is pretty lackluster.After getting sick of other people teamkilling in Warhawk, two playthroughs of Uncharted and RFOM and renting or buying a few other PS3 titles every other month or so there has been no comparason in the lineups.If all you have is a PS3 then there are plenty of multiplat games to keep you occupied but for multisystem owners that can look at the lineups objectively the PS3 lags far behind in game quality.
